ZUDIMA reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for reasons such as product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or unserviceable delivery pincodes.

5. Cancellation & Return Policy

Our cancellation and return policy is strictly governed by our dedicated Return & Refund Policy:

• Once an order is billed and dispatched, it cannot be returned or refunded.
• Replacements are exclusively offered in cases where the product is received in a physically damaged or leaked condition during transit, provided it is reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
