1. Free Shipping Across India

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders of ZUDIMA products across India. There are no hidden fees or extra delivery charges at checkout.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

• Orders received before 2:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) are usually processed and packed on the same business day.
• All orders are dispatched from our Head Office in Kozhikode, Kerala within 24 to 48 business hours of payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

6. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you notice that the outer packaging is visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package and immediately contact our customer care team with photos.
